Application
This large bogie-hearth electric furnace is mainly used for large workpieces, high chromium, high manganese steel castings annealing, tempering, heat treatment, such as aging, as well as gray iron, ductile iron, roller, ball, crusher hammerhead, wear-resistant liner hardening, normalizing, tempering, annealing, aging machinery and spare parts as well as heat treatment purposes. Using multiple procedures microcomputer automatic temperature control cabinet, divided into multi-zone heat treatment process of independent high-precision automatic temperature control. As warming slope can be set arbitrarily, particularly applicable to high manganese steel castings ultra-low rate of warming of the special requirements of heat treatment process to achieve the best results.
