Description
Vertical vacuum carbonization furnace uses graphite as healing element with carbon heating environment, which max. temperature can reach above 1600°C. It is used for high temperature carbonization and cracking treatment of C/C composite material, ceramic matrix composite material and carbon fiber insulation material. And the vertical carbonization tube furnace can also adopts all metal hot zone without carbon heating environment, which max. temperature is 1100℃. It is used for debinding and sinter of special materials in aerobic environment.

Technical Features
1. It works in vacuum under low temperature and room temperature, works in positive pressure under high temperature.
2. It can work in oxygen environment with groat contamination proof feature, which can also working in various gases and conditions.
3. For large size furnace, it will be designed to multiple temperature control zones to improve the temperature uniformity.
4. It is equipped with external rapid cooling system to shorten the production cycle.
5. Multiple stage exhaust gas treatment system is adopted to handle the tar, dust and gasses.
6. The vertical carbonization tube furnace uses metal heating element with 380V power supply. All metal high temperature muffle is available.
